The cost of delivery for our products and services vary based on a number of factors, such as the size and weight of ordered items, and the quantity of the order total.
Products that are currently in stock will typically be delivered within 48 hours of the order being placed (weekends excluded) on a 1-2 day courier service. An email will be sent within 24 hours of your order being completed (weekends excluded) to provide you with an estimated date of despatch.
It may be possible to arrange express delivery services as it relates to certain products, and in the case of bespoke digital signage orders especially, special delivery arrangements can be made. Each order is meticulously inspected prior to being packed and shipped and leaving our warehouse. Upon receipt of your order, you should check over your items as quickly as possible and report any signs of damage to RIZK Media Group within 24 hours. We will request photographic evidence of damaged products in some instances where applicable to allow us to make a claim from our courier.
RIZK Media Group will pack and ship your order with the utmost care and concern. If your item(s) arrive in a damaged condition, you must be sure to notify us within 24 hours. Please send across photographic evidence of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be able to arrange for replacement products to be sent.
If your product does not match your requirements or appears different to what you envisaged to order in terms of size or colour for example, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided your items are not part of a bespoke or customised order.
